Grooming

Our groomers are CKU (China Kennel Union) and FCI（Fédération Cynologique Internationale） certified, and specialize in hand-scissoring of terriers, poodle and cats.

Each full-service bathing session includes a relaxing bath, and during the bath your pet is treated to a full body massage where we check for lumps, bumps, bugs and any irregularities, of which we will inform the owner and our vet if required.

Nails are clipped and filed, ears are cleaned and plucked and glands are expressed if needed.

Regarding grooming styles, the owners can select different cuts for their dogs like Breed Standard, Puppy Cut, Sporting Look and Creative Grooming.

Our salon uses #1 All Systems® dog shampoos, which are tearless, hypoallergenic and non-toxic, and our groomer will choose the shampoo suitable for your dog’s fur. We use FURminator® professional grooming tools, which are gentle on the pet and can handle mats, knots and hairballs.

We operate an open concept salon, which means that when you bring your dog to our hospital, you will see our professional grooming being done right in front of your eyes.

Before each grooming session, our staff will provide a basic pre-grooming health check-up, including skin check-up, which will ensure that the skin of your pet is healthy and suitable for grooming. This basic health check can also help us to discover potential health problems at an early stage.

We respect the highest quarantine and hygiene standards, to protect your pet from potential cross infection. Ultraviolet radiation and other antiseptics are used regularly.
